Founded in 1996, Bassi Offshore srl has become a well-known name worldwide in the marine and offshore field.

From our newly built, ISO 9001:2008 certified, factory in Gironico (Italy), Bassi Offshore can supply a wide range
of rubber hoses for crude oil and derivative products:

- Single and double carcass up to 24" i.d. according to OCIMF '91 4^th Edition and   customer requirements.
- Submarine and floating hoses.
- Textile or wire cord reinforcements, with or without embedded wire helix.
- Working pressure: 225/275/300 psi / up to 580 psi.
- Catenary for reel storage and deployment on FPSO vessel.
- Special hoses for any application/requirement at a SPM.
- Static and dynamic analysis of hose/string system design.
- Engineering and consultancy.

A Company full of good perspectives is now part of IVG Group.
At the present time, Bassi Offshore srl officially enters in the group structure, and it allows adding complementary products, with high technological contents, to the already wide range proposed by IVG. Bassi Offshore is worldwide well known in the oil marine field. They engine and manufacture hoses and ancillary equipments for the Offshore and Oil & Gas Industry.
The IVG Colbachini SpA investment in this field enters in a picture of strategic development of specific areas, which are economically relevant and highly specialized. Bassi offshore designs systems OCIMF approved: floating and submarine hoses, for SPM, FSO and FPSO. IVG network will be the connection with the new Company, bringing the usual support and service.

I am pleased to announce today that Bassi Offshore srl is now officially operating inside IVG Group ( IVG Colbachini S.p.A. - www.ivgspa.it ) Our combination unites two market leaders, IVG Colbachini S.p.A., in Industrial Hose, and Bassi Offshore srl, in Offshore Hose. Together, we are uniquely positioned to provide the world’s Marine & Offshore Terminal with the most comprehensive set of products and solutions available to extend mission critical services and assure they are managed, secure and compliant. The resulting product portfolio will include solutions for Single Point Mooring, Drilling and Production Platform, Docks Operation, all branches of world Industry and Oil & Gas activities.
The combined Company will operate under the name Bassi Offshore srl and be headquartered in Cervarese S. Croce - Padua, with production facilities in our hi-tech factory in Gironico (CO) Italy.
Our goal is to continue delivering innovative, high-quality products in our current markets. To accomplish this, we will adhere to the established product roadmaps for our existing solutions while simultaneously exploring opportunities to provide you with additional value in new offshore projects. Although IVG Colbachini S.p.A. and Bassi Offshore srl have separate histories, they have always shared a common objective: to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
